The short version
Qandidates, in three parts
The problem
Recruiters could not find skilled IT people. The people they did reach got generic offers and stopped answering. And the platform itself never said what made it different from the dozen others doing the same thing worse.
What I did
Surveys on why developers actually switch jobs, interviews on both sides of the marketplace, and a competitor read that found nobody balancing candidate anonymity against recruiter usability. Two things came back over and over: show the salary up front, and stop sending irrelevant roles.
What shipped
Anonymous profiles with per-skill visibility controls, so a candidate decides how much is findable. Recruiter search with filters that can be saved and re-run. Contact details stay hidden until the candidate approves the conversation, and offers are matched against the conditions the candidate set.
