If the Client discontinues automation services, Midosu Studio will remove all associated systems, which will impact website performance.

Client Responsibilities

Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, digital assets, integrations, and automations created or implemented by Midosu Studio, including but not limited to any custom workflows, automations, and configurations with third-party tools, remain the property of Midosu Studio until all payments and contractual terms are fulfilled. Upon completion of payment and contractual obligations, ownership of final, agreed-upon assets will transfer as specified in the service agreement, while proprietary methodologies and tools remain the intellectual property of Midosu Studio.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the course of our engagement private and not to use it for any purpose other than fulfilling their obligations under these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:Your use or inability to use our services.Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of being notified in writing. Upon termination, you will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. The termination notice period shall be in accordance with Dutch contract law.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Indemnification
